I got the wrong order twice. It was for a gift, and ordered 1.5 mo early. Part of the order that was correct is exceptional quality. I would highly recommend the product (slippers) .... customer service needs help. I read somewhere they just expanded, so maybe its due to growing pains. After 2 returns I did get the correct product, and they are a little different than the 1st pr, but still exceptional quality, they will prob last 10 yrs. Suggest to order 2 months in advance if you have a deadline or special occasion. If not for that I would give 5 stars for the quality. I hope they hire some extra help or get better system for online orders in future. Its hard to find good wool products still made in USA, so I wish them the best while figuring it as the word gets out and orders increase.

A small yarn shop in Missouri trying to carry made in America product. Been waiting for Rainbow Collection since spring 2019. Now they want me to pay for the product before it is shipped. This very small yarn shop can be trusted to pay for what i receive but will NOT pay for stuff I do not receive. I would give a zero if I could.
