Front office ladies have been polite and helpful

They won't even try to help fight for you. You are better off representing yourself. All they wanna do is get you to take a plea bargain. And if you get Charles Garner you really are screwed cause he won't even listen to you. This jerk screwed up my whole life.

The staff at Customer Service desk are as warm and friendly. And thanks to everry person in law school or are lawyers and give their best to defend clients and search for the appropriate means of each case to assist as needed.
If you are frustrated with the public defenders I have two suggestions:
1) hire your own attorney
2) Dont get into a situation that could result in you/me needing a P.D..
Oh yea one more...
3) Ya gotta be honest to receive the Utmost defense either for reduced sentence, no sentence or violation probabation. Our attorney can't defend what he/she dont know!

Terrible! You would be better represented by your dog. My daughter was told to plead guilty to something she didn't do because "it was easier". This group of attorneys does NOT like to do their job and instead just do as little as possible to get by.

Terrible experience, my PD seemed to be best "buddies" with the ACA prosecuting my case, I'm now stuck with a felony because they didn't seem like they wanted to fight anything, they get paid either way I guess and I, the common man gets the shaft. Alfred plead out to avoid my life getting ruined any further...
