Completely unprofessional! Mr. Doss was initially hired to settle our purchase. His team completely dropped the ball kn our transaction. After being caught in several lies, he told my wife to shut up and that if he heard her talk any more he might have to taser himself. There are more options for title settlements then Doss & Clifton.

I am in the top 200 loan officers in the nation and in my 15 years in the business have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. Mike Doss completely dropped the ball on a closing today and bold faced lied three times. When I pointed out that he was not telling the truth he told me to shut up and started screaming at me. I know there are not a lot of options in the Snowshoe area but this is the third time I have had an encounter with him that was horrible. There are much much better options out there, believe me!

I am in my 18th year of working for the state of NC in education and I still love it. I had the chance to meet Mr. Doss and his team 10-5-19 for the first time. Mr. Doss was very professional and kind to my entire family. His knowledge of the law was refreshingly factual and as our new attorney we will be taking his advice. He was proficient and financially reasonable . His team is comprised of like minded individuals. Their character and morals speak for themselves as I am sure they know they could make the other bad google reviews go away but obviously choose not take that road. The heartfelt kindness for my 81 year old father was breathtaking as they brought documents to the car for his signature (swollen feet). I would highly recommend this firm !!!
