I would not recommend Danny Butler For any legal work , I hired him to send a letter to a person we had hired to do a job, Back in Middle January 2016 , I ask to see a copy of the letter sent, all I have gotten is lies and the runaround , I want my Money back, All of a sudden it's he's out of town he's on vacation , So today he was suppose to see clients at 3pm ,, I was there to see Mr Butler at 2:40 and was told he's out of town for the rest of the week, Goes from vacation to out of town,,, I will be filing a complaint with the disciplinary committee with the Kentucky Bar Association and taking Mr Butler to small claims court,,,,, I have researched him he has a 1 star rating and all these people complaining have the same problem I have ... If you need a good attorney , Keep looking , You will lose your money and possibly your case with Danny Butler. We had given him a retainer, Not knowing his reputation , We learned the hard way, He made $ 500.00 dollars for doing absolutely nothing , Oh he did reach out take the check and run to his bank and cashed it the same evening we handed it to him.
