Called & spoke to the lady receptionist & was told I would get a call back with more info. I had money in hand to pay them & never received a call back.

Have to disagree about the secretary. I was asked "what do you want", interrupted and then they never bothered calling back. What an unprofessional way to handle a potential new client. Yes my immediate need was minor but I was also looking for a lawyer to handle wills for my wife, myself, my mother in law and paperwork for our small business in Bardstown. This firm needs to rethink how they handle calls in the future.

I had to hire a lawyer for a personal matter. I contacted Mr. Chesser. He had me in the office. Helped me get started on the matter at hand. Went back 4 days later with the paperwork that was requested. He was very efficient. Knew what to do. Answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable. Yeah dumbest lawyer I even spoken with ever. very rude and doesn’t see the point of view for our perspective completely a waste of time for me. Wouldn’t even try to help me or really listen to the purpose of my call just kept pounding in the point he doesn’t want to work. I guess if not enough money in it definitely doesn’t value the little guys. I would suggest calling anyone else before attempting to contact his lawyer office. Who has the number for Mr. Magoo seriously this guy is a clown.
