This is an edited response to Spy My Heart. I called and made it very clear what I was looking for n the owner promised to do everything. However, when I saw the contract, I could not agree as it gives them permission to handle the job EXACTLY the way they choose to, they are in control; Which means they don't have to do what you hired them to do. I stipulated the contract to do exactly what I was hiring them to do. They didn't sign it and I didn't pay them. My advice, read the contract and don't just take their promises. Legally, when you sign, you agree, and whatever they tell you verbally is moot. If the owner wants to continue to lie then I can upload the email conversation.

I am very thankful for the contributions these investigators provided to me and my family. My wife started acting erratic and I wasn't sure what to do.
