When my case was going on.. I had my consult with Mark's brother and all seemed well. My plans required change due to my inability to find reasonable housing in the local area on what the VA pays a disabled Veteran and the Paralegal handling the case recommend I file my bankruptcy in my new State of choice. To come in and have my large deposit refunded. I traveled back across town to the Attorneys office to find the Paralegal out and No One knew when she would return before next week. It appears that Everyone working in this Office are Totally Incompetent, as Only this one single Paralegal is capable of Returning my deposit!!!! NOT A SINGLE OTHER PERSON CAN ISSUE THE CHECK RETURNING MY LARGE DEPOSIT!!! This is completely intolerable I have to Camp out side of this Office in 100 degree heat, Homeless and Unable to rent a hotel room because at this Law Firm they will Gladly Take your Deposit but Only One Paraleagal can Return It!!!!!

My experiences with this specific lawyer straight said "I'm not taking it to trial, how do you like me now" when I had a flawless situation I was in the crosswalk with a green light and the lady had a red light knocked me completely unconscious. And he settled for 7000 and I only got 2200! So I do NOT recommend these guys to NOONE!

Due to the slow pace and unprofessional behavior of Mr.Nelson and staff. I will not recommend this attorney to no one. Can't go into details however due to this office not following the guidelines and not keeping his clients informed I was unable to pursue my case due too Mr. Nelson. Went to a different attorney who was very helpful and knowledgeable other than Mr. Nelson who is only concerned was money. Mr. Nelson wasted my time and money.
