We have been working with Mendoza & Campos Law offices with my husband’s immigration case for 3 years now. They are straight forward about everything and professional.

We walked into their office honestly overwhelmed and scared of what would happen in my husband’s immigration case. We had already talked to various firms and had done plenty of research. All of the first consultations we went to everywhere charged us $100 for 30min of honestly not much information. We came to this firm and they offered us a free consultation and were very specific of how this would work.

Coming in with zero experience on how an immigration case works we felt relieved when we talked to the attorney at this firm. They had guidelines for us which made it so much easier. They are a little bit more expensive than other firms, but honestly I believe it was worth it. The hard works showed on both ends of the firm: here in the US and Mexico.

They had a list of items they needed from us in order to type up our case. After months of gathering information they presented us with a nicely put together packet for us to take to immigration.

My husband and I flew out to Juarez for the interview and met Obe Soto the other attorney they have in Mexico. He picked us up from the airport and took us to our hotel. He made it so easy for us when we were in Juarez. He already had all our appointments lined up and he took us to all of them. He even took us grocery shopping . He made our Juarez trip so much easier and eased the stress of trying to figure out where we needed to go next. Obe was very professional and upfront as well. He spend time with my husband to prepare him for the interview and ensure he understood what would happen if it went good or bad.

We have many friends going through the same situation and non of them have an attorney waiting for them in Mexico. They all were blown away with everything the firm has done for us. Many of them even ask us questions on how to gather certain paper work because their attorney is not communicating with them. We never had this problem. We would communicate via email with Vanessa Arroyo the Paralegal and she was quick to respond every time we had any questions.

We are very happy with the outcome of everything. Money well spent. We do not regret hiring Mendoza & Campos Law Offices. We are content with all their work and highly recommend their service to anyone in need. They have a very pro-active team that is always willing to help. We will definitely be coming back if needing any more immigration services.

Today was my appointment at 2 pm with Elias Mendoza and i came about 25 minutes late. The lady told me he will see you . He came telling that he will be busy till 5 i told okay take ur time . After 2:30 appointment left he came outside and told me the answer to ur case is that , thats all , i told him can we go inside to talk he said no its simple and we keep talking outside and he was not professional with me and other people was outside and he didnt respect his customer privacy and keep discussing my case infront of them and in unprofessional rude way and when i left i told him i wish u respected my privacy and he said u need to come on time and it was the first appintment with him, paid appointment.
He didnt have a minute to get inside his office, i didnt have a proplem to rescheduled the appointment and pay again but not to be treated like that because im half hour late and i was nice with him .
I adding another part a week after the incident , so they called me it was another lawyer "Eddie Garnica" and he apoloze for the lawyer Elias Mendoza behaviour and that he was not suppose to treat me like that and as a sorry they will return my money back my $150 and i appreciate that, and i gave them my home address to send the check too and yesterday i was shocked to notice that they send the check to my opponent who suppose not to know anything about this and they assured me that we respect our clients privacy and that my opponent will not know that i was there , but they send an unsealed envelope with the law office informations says refund for the initial consultation even though i never gave them my opponent office address just name , it was very clear that someone was mad from my review and did this in purpose, crossing all his jobs boundries. This shows how sick his mind is, i was surprised to see a lawyer who is suppose to be well educated and professional to act like that, but it was very clear from the way he talked with me in the begining that he have some issues. I wish he found piece in his mind.
