Horrible!!! Miss Smith did not seem to remember that I had an appointment with her. She was wearing sweats when I got there. Had to pay the consultation fee. And the whole time she was distracted with other things. We sat in what was like a lunchroom. Secretary kept coming in and interrupting and going over other things with her during what was supposed to be my time that I paid good money for. The whole office seemed tremendously disorganized. There were boxes and things everywhere. She was supposed to email me with all the logistics as far as retaining fee and whatnot. Never heard from her! She had my email and my phone number and I got nothing! I went with another attorney! I would not recommend Miss Smith to anybody! Extremely unprofessional! It's unfortunate I can't give her zero Stars!

My wife obtained her first for some custody case that she been going back and forth for 2 years and each time has helped her beyond what she event excepted and won each time. I looked for other lawyers and she was the best option she worked with me with payments and the amount was very good for the hard work she put in ! Stay away from this joke of a lawyer,people!!!HORRIBLE person,and even worse lawyer.She is a bumbling idiot and pretentious buffoon with equally foolish assistants and paralegals.In the two months,I hired her,spoke to her for all of 15 minutes,and she acted like I should be grateful.When I spoke to her,she wasnt even familiar with details of my case,acted scatterbrained then had audacity to want to charge me even more money,to do things she had already agreed to do initially.Tried to charge me $3500 for a $1500 case,which is ALL my current lawyer charged me.And had excuse after excuse from being sick to being too busy with other cases to her daughter was sick.Meanwhile ,i havent even seen my own kid in months.All unacceptable excuses, btw.She is a scam artist and THIEF as well.When finally after asking for a refund, that she pronised to give me in full(her words ,not mine)she took over half of my money with an attached invoice i have not bothered to look at to this day.She didnt even do a hundred dollars worth of work ,mind you.SMH.This person gives lawyers a bad name.Beyond pathetic.Caused great delay in my case and immeasurable amounts of stress to my family and I.Mother ,who is sick with fybromyalgia ,high blood pressure and diabetes,even had high blood pressure episode that was very dangerous after finding out how she took my money and never did any work on case.For your own good AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Temica Smith should NOT be allowed to practice law at all.On top of that,she took my hard earned money after promising a full refund and doing absolutely no work on my case.I can show ANYONE that wants to see her emails and tell you more real stories of dissapointed clients.Like how her own family member was dissapointed and wont even use her as her lawyer. And just a short amount of time she has helped my husband get joint custody and actual continuous visits that he wasn't able to get before.
