Highly recommend this place for bankruptcy! Scott is great at answering any questions you may have and very knowledgeable. Any time I had a question or issue the ladies in the office were always quick to get back with me.

Great legal help!

Scott has helped me through a drawn out custody battle, varied accusations and divorce. He and his office have helped me go from having all my rights stripped to now having joint 50/50 custody of my daughter. He has helped through the tough times and the good times. Very helpful advice. Please listen to it and consider it. Going through these proceedings please do not expect immediate results. It takes time...unfortunately. It took 10+ months to finally be reunited with my daughter. Make sure you are honest. They cannot help if you are hiding things. They cannot do everything for you. They do not live your life. They don't know everything that has happened in your life. They only know what information you provide. These guys fight hard for you but you must also do work. The more organized you are the better they are able to serve you. Think of it as a kind of partnership. You have information regarding your life, they have information regarding the legal system. Both of those combined help your chances in your journey.

Scott Mitchell Law in my eyes are not the right route I felt the attroney didnt have my best interest in my case. I even felt since my case was taking long to be called by the judge the attroney got really pushy ready to leave and took the first deal and started agreeing with the orher party. I had to stop and ask myself who is he working for me or the other party horrible never again.

Poor communication, costly service for not very much work on their end. Payed upfront and seems to have been a mistake since my case is going on 2 years and never any updates from them.

During my very complex Guardianship case I turned to Scott Mitchell Law Offices for aid.
