I had Paul as an attorney, and he did a fantastic job dealing with my opposing attorney and insurance company. Wow! And I thought hiring an attorney for my car crash was going to be a hassle and headache. I learned something important - don't talk to the other guy's insurance company first - call Curtis Legal Group first and speak to Eric Gutierrez - he knows his stuff. The guy who hit me (T-boned me while he ran a red light looking down at his smartphone, of course) - his insurance company wanted to settle for $750 on a crash that totaled my friend's Chevy Tahoe and put me in the ER.

My police officer friend connected me with Curtis Legal Group and they helped my get through the whole process of medical treatments, massage therapy, and all the other grinding details that go into dealing with an auto accident (an accident on my part - intentional negligence on the other guy's part - the other guy said he was leaning down to pick up a French fry, but when the traffic signals were timed, he was looking down for 8-9 seconds = smarphone usage while driving, hello!!!!)

So, the moral of the story - call Curtis Legal if you are anywhere in the San Joaquin valley and let them take care of things for you - they make it as painless as possible, and operate at the peak of professionalism at all times. (No, they didn't pay me to post this review.)

i have to say i didn't believe any traffic could be this bad until i got here and lived here myself. when we had questions, which was obviously especially intense at the beginning, they made our fears just disappate. the truck accident attorney and the legal staff made us to feel like we were only family and just some number. we will absolutely be recommending the law firm to family & friends! i definitely recommend them.

Very helpful attorney will go that extra mile for you

First off they take most of your money then charge extra fees on top of that. They charged me fees for getting medical bills when they had me get them from the hosptial crazy right! So you will end up with less than half always. Plus there respone time is horrible , process will take longer than regular. They even tell you to come in when there not there an there branch will confirm it an tell you sorry didnt know which office you were talking about. Total waste of time dont do it wouldnt refer anyone unless you like drama stress an going through extras.

From day one Mr.Ralph. Curtis has been professional and precise. He is very detailed oriented and cares for me has his client. I have not concluded my legal issue. However I am hopeful of the outcome.
