Injured Jan 1-18. Hired them May 2018. Didnt speak to my lawyer(missed and unreturned calls) until I was able to prove my injury from a doctor they hired. Was on disability but wrongful release is what prompted me to hire them. Upon proof from new doctor, still no effort from attorney Robert Davis to reinstate or appeal the cut off for my disability which proof was there and doctors stated it should have been reinstated. Company doesnt operate with Punctuality. And have no empathy for Vets or their clients. They've avoided my calls and won't settle my case and wont fight for me. Sparw of the Moment decision. Do your research if you're black and a Vet who operates with punctuality and need a lawyer.I would look else where first

Only been a client one year and I have had many different case managers all of which are practically unreachable. I never know what is going on with my case and I do not get responses to phone calls or emails. Every time I get a new case manager and happen to get to speak with them they promise regular updates but they have never received a letter that I receive and need clarification on. When I asked how to switch lawyers Maria got an attitude with me and threatened that the company would put a lien on my case. I wish I had did better research before choosing this company to help with my case.
