divorce case: (kelly gamble/Francesca san leandro)everything the one star reviewers said is true worst ever, she/they drained my retainer (deposit) in no time, that was just to unswer the other lawyer's demands also charged me lawyer's fee for paralegal work,most of the money paid was paralegal stuff. but they did it themselves in order to charge $400 an hour. Everytime I opened my mouth ("you are on the clock")they said; stay away from these so called lawyers please find someone else.
also using disrespectful language with me just like if I was getting free service,
after she/they drained my retainer of 5 thousand dollars, she said I want more,i need you to put more money down so I can work,otherwise I have to withdraw from the case that is she and francesca, I don't know how they can sleep at night. P.S. just one court appearance.

Kelly is a excellent attorney, who helped me thru a difficult divorce several years ago. Her expertise, and advice was both awesome, and beneficial to me, and my children. I do not recommend this attorney. She will schedule lengthy and frequent appointments to drain the attorney retainer deposit. She will sweet talk you and make you believe she is on your side. Kelly didn't give me good professional advise when I signed documents I should have not signed. At the end she turned against me and on the opposing attorney"s side and advise me to give it all away. I was and still am suspicious about it.

Worst lawyer ever- Always projecting her opinions as if she is the judge - will liquidate all assets to pay herself whatever she wants as she decides and files her paperwork of lies telling courts the house was to be sold before the judge orders it. Kicking families out of homes to pay herself. The real estate broker she invoked upon the Judge is her best friend from school. Subpoenas children into court and lies to make her own gain. Couldn't remember being paid 20 thousand dollars and wanted 30 more. Obnoxiously ordered the courts to give it to her. Or maybe that is her way of doing things. Has been known to stomp her feet and curse in court for attention. Helps a wife and child abusing broke drug addict (her client) without getting payments directly from him. The greediest person I have ever met.

My name is Angela Parkinson. I am writing this review to show everyone everything Miss Gamble did for me. She helped me when nobody else did. She knew I was being taken advantage of because the kids father worked in the system and knew what to do and I didn't . I was in a long ongoing case since 2004 until now. I tried to do it myself but I couldn't. My case was already in the system and nobody would believe me because this was going on for so long. Everybody wondered why I took so long to get the situation right but I didn't have the money and I didn't know the right wording on what to say on the papers. Every time I filed something it wasn't said right and everything kept getting worse. Miss Gamble knew what to do. This is what she does. She is honest and has a nice heart to help me with no money. Unhonest and the most unethical lawyer I have ever worked with. She blatantly lies in her frivolous filings to the court, and then still expects to bill client for all hours (which she is way overcharging based on her skill level) for a 50 page filing that the judge turns down without even the other side showing up. She is in the process of being reported to the State Bar, since the people at the State Bar Ethics hot line seem to think so too.
