Let me tell you about customer service. The ladies in Finance exemplify exactly what those words mean. I needed to set up a payment plan, and just could not seem to ever make it there before they closed every day. Well today I called while I was on my way, and said that I would get there a few minutes. They told me to come on, and they would wait. However, I got stopped by the drawbridge and don't get there until 4:15. Those ladies waited for me, until I arrived. They went above and beyond, even when it was a huge inconvenience for them. This was THE BEST court experience of any type, that I have dealt with in my entire life. Thanks again ladies. You took a huge burden off of me.
