Very considerate, easy to talk to.

Two paralegals were rude and unprofessional. Pam was very condescending and the younger paralegal cut me off serveral times as I’m trying to explain my situation and get answers. If your paralegals do not have people skills (Rememer clients don’t do this for a living so when we ask questions that conflict with what the clerk has said we shouldn’t be cut off and talked to as if we are annoying or an issue.). If they can’t handle that aspect of the job then hire a secretary who can deal with the people side of things. Both report they were very busy, so am I but I’m not treating you like you’re the issue because of it but your attitude is. Then Pam gets on and defends the other paralegal and have no clue how many times I was cut off. I did not receive the letter you all sent, it happens. I was told we have lots of clients as if that makes my questions annoying to answer bc I should just read the letter that I did not receive. Even when I talked with the person who called and followed up after my court date I was told I would get a follow up letter. I did not receive it and I’m not disputing whether it was sent or not, but have better customer service etiquette in the future please. Since you all have so many clients and revenue comes regardless, perhaps customer care is not a top priority.
