The service I received was 100% professional and reasonably priced. Mr. Taylor was able to explain all the scenarios that could happen so I was prepared for the "worst". Gratefully, things turned out the best. I am positive it was due to the trust I placed in God and the positive work done by Mr. Taylor. I am ever so grateful.

We retained the firm to handle a speeding ticket for my son. They mishandled/misscomunicated the court's instructions. Joe wrote us a detailed letter instructing us on what to do in accordance with the plea agreement to reduce the ticket. He neglected to note a provision of the court in that letter resulting in my son receiving a reckless driving for non compliance of the court order. My son was found guilty in absentia because this firm did not inform us of that provision and my son did not take the required driver safety course Joe omitted from his letter to us.

WORSE yet, I called 6+ times over 2 weeks asking to speak to Joe and see what happened and what could be done. NO reply or response. 6+ emails met only one brief reply from his paralegal stating she would let Joe know. Bar complaint filed. Find someone else who pays attention to details AND returns calls. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever endured and now my son has a misdemeanor on his record....

Mr Taylor did a fine job representing me. Reduced the ticket to a no point fine. He seems to have plenty of experience in handling these types of cases, and the fee was very reasonable. However, once he takes your case, he is very difficult to get a hold of, so be prepared for that. I presume he's pretty busy. As another reviewer said, he will win your case, but don't expect handholding. For the price, I can't ask for more, and was very satisfied with the outcome.

I received a speeding ticket over the summer and received numerous letters in the mail from lawyers asking to be hired in support of my case. When narrowed down i called several to talk to on the phone and Mr Taylor called me back immediately. After deciding to go with Mr Taylor I realized I had a few other questions about supporting documents I had for my case, and a few questions. After several emails with NO responses, voicemails, and phone calls over a two month period it was apparently impossible to reach Mr Taylor. All I ever heard was the same excuse from the receptionist “I will pass your message along and have him call you back.” We’ll my court date comes up now and still no word from Mr Taylor and I come to find out from again his receptionist after calling 5 days after my court date to find out the final judgement that Mr Taylor was running behind that day and they pushed the date out a month. Now another waiting game a month later my date comes up again I need to call Mr Taylor’s office to find out the final verdict and I’m told a letter is being typed up and when Mr Taylor reviews it she will send it out. Two weeks later In the postal mail I get a letter stating I owe a fine to the state of VA but no explanation whether i have points on my license or any other information. I am Extremely dissatisfied with this service and would not recommend Mr Taylor to anyone or trust him in that sense. If you cannot communicate with a lawyer your paying there is something VERY wrong. I’m sure your also thinking why didn’t I ask for my money back to hire someone else? Well I tried that and I was told “Mr Taylor will call you back about a refund” nope never received that call either !!!!

Joseph was very honest and professional with my case. A very upfront and honest man. Very caring and compassionate with my case. Highly recommend!

The receptionist and her customer service was terrible. I suggest talking to Mr. Taylor yourself as to know exactly what is going on with your case and it's outcome. Receptionist will tell you what she thinks you want to here until they get your money then you may have something totally different happen in court, which was my case.

Absolute horrible customer service. I have tried multiple times to talk with Joseph again after he "represented me" in court and he has never had the courtesy to call me back. I feel pretty confident after over $500 and 14 hours of community service, I could have done a better job representing myself in court!

I received a speeding ticket, and apparently in VA the laws are such that it is considered a criminal offense if you are speeding above 80 (79 and below, it's a normal speeding ticket). This can result in a CRIMINAL offense on your record, which has terrible consequences, such as getting a job. VA is the only state that does such a thing...quite the racket in my opinion. Thank God I found Mr. Taylor.

You will be inundated with lots of mail, and they will suggest outlandish fees. Do not stress out. Ignore them all and hire Mr. Taylor. Don't even bother with any of those other people. I have done the legwork for you, and trust me shopping around and speaking to multiple attorneys can be stressful in it's own right. Not only is he priced fairly (I am not rich) but he is far more knowledgeable and professional than his competitors.

I hope to never get a speeding ticket over 80mph again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Taylor again.
