If they had a star for zero I would mark that. Tessie Bacon would have to be the worst Guardian Ad Litem you will ever meet. She will not act in the best interest of your child. She will be one sided in any custody situation. She will listen to the parent that puts on the best show for her. She cares nothing about your child. She will disappear for extended periods of time and she will maintain contact with one parent who she believes is the better parent and will ignore the other. She will form conclusions based off of one parent without getting to the bottom of it and actually asking the other parent. She will place your child in toxic situations and allow the other parent to harm the child and in her mind "exercise poor judgement." She will watch your child in distress and still recommend regular visitations instead of protecting your child. If you are assigned her as a Guardian Ad Litem, I urge you to RUN. Change GAL as quickly as you can. She is unprofessional and does not care what comes out of her mouth. Be careful, she comes off sweet and mannerable at 1st and then she'll be one sided. It's like meeting (2) different people. Do not use her as a GAL... RUN as fast as you can!!!
