Phenomenal attorney, out of twenty lawyers I contacted in the area, she made me feel the most comfortable especially with her knowledge of the local law enforcement (their tactics) and her relationships with the rest of the judicial system near Emporia. Meredith was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was so anxious after getting a reckless driving ticket. I originally planned to go and fight it myself. Luckily I turned to google and found this law office. Her mother (who works with her) was so friendly and absolutely made me feel so comfortable. Everything was explained to me in complete detail so I was left with not a worry in the world. The fee was much lower than other firms I had called and I got off the phone feeling good about my upcoming court date. I received a prompt email the morning after my court date letting me know that my ticket was taken down to a non moving violation. It had complete details on how to take care of my court costs which were also minimal in comparison to what they would have been. Hopefully I will never need her services again but if you find yourself in the same predicament that I was in, trust me and don’t hesitate to call Meredith and have her represent you.

I’m a resident of NC and got a speeding ticket in Emporia, VA before the state line- “going 81 in a 70”, which in VA is a misdemeanor “reckless driving” charge. Super nice over the phone, but not very helpful in court at all. Saved me a trip from NJ to VA, but still cost me over $1,500 and ended up with plenty of points on my driver’s license (which was the only reason I️ hired her in the first place). That whole area of Virginia is a huge scam; the cops, judges, and lawyers work together to get money from traffic violations of people passing through. If I️ had to do it over I️ would’ve gone to court myself, had it plead down, and saved about $1,000 with a public defender.
