Was used by buyers for home purchase (I was seller). Did not complete paperwork on time and lied about date of payment posting. Extremely difficult to work with and basically not trustworthy. I’m sure the buyers had no clue what was going on but as a seller attempting to payoff a mortgage and get payment, it was very delayed and made for an extremely frustrating time. Very unhappy.

This auction was illegal on January 16,2016 the last administrator and owner was Pinkie Freeman Logan .The next heirs in line are Junious Lee Wynn Probate 1198-85 bonded in the state of Virginia. William H Palmer is also the administrator for Sturee Wright Palmer .William Wynn, Gordon Wynn are the true owners. This information is public knowledge listed in the Halifax Va Circuit Court. Document's and a Lis Pendence was filed in the court on 223.acre parcel,141,acre parcel,99 3/4 acre parcel ,taxes are not returned that our family has paid for Centuries .Land records of ownership and distribution have been entered in errors and omission. The Freeman Family has joined together to stop this kind of judicial impropriety. Timber was not included , mineral reservations ,which the chain of Bagwell are allegedly a part of .Railroad easement's .USDA pending disputes, Virginia Treasury funds were entered under the wrong names .Attorney are allowed to have privileged information and then this? Legal fees are being charged in the amount of $34,000.00 per year no itemized bill .How does a Trustee ,Attorney, ,Special commissioner serve all at one time? This is unheard of. Freeman Family
