While I was trying to explain case to him, he just kept making condescending comments. By the time I got off the phone I was in tears and felt as big as an ant. Would not recommend.

Family attorney that we have used frequently to help resolve multiple issues such as contract disputes, family and injury cases. I often refer others to Mr. Bailey based on the results he has provided to us, his mannerism and professionalism and promptness to provide help.

Attorney Bailey represented me in an emotionally charged, contested divorce involving custody of my young son. I am so thankful that I called him! The first point of contact was around 9:30 PM with a voicemail and brief description of my issues at hand. Expecting to possibly hear something within the week, I was surprised to see my phone ringing back around 30 minutes later and actually speaking to him directly! Since that first initial call, he handled my divorce and custody proceeding with utmost professionalism, empathy and knowledge. Responsive to my multiple inquiries and emails throughout the proceeding. He was aggressive in the court room and showed he was there to represent his client thoroughly and produce a winning outcome, which he did without depleting my pocket book at the same time. I definitely recommend Mr. Bailey to anyone who is needing legal representation.
Very helpful attorney. Took care of my timeshare contract I never thought I would get out of. Highly recommended!!!

Awesome Attorney. He was able to get my high debt Timeshare terminated. If you want to get out of your timeshare and the debt associated with your developer, definitely use him

I sat and watched while the judge told people to hire an attorney but the kind of people that need attorneys can't afford a fair defense $3000 for 1 court date or public defender that's over loaded by 10 years I wonder how the tax payers would like to know that they pay almost 400 a day to house an inmate and most inmates are on NON VIOLENT charges usually stemming from a driving offense or a probation violation criminals are foter for the real criminals which are the law makers judges attorneys that run the court if you can't pay your way out then they enslave you to pay for their lifestyle..WHEN WILL PEOPLE WAKE UP AND SEE THAT WE ARE NOT FREE WE ARE SLAVES TO THE RICH AND PRESTIGIOUS IM JUST GETTING STARTED

I just sat in court in Sumner county all day . The court just closed after resetting my brothers case another month out because his attorney. Mr. Thomas Bailey didn't bother to show up nor notify any in the court, even after being reminded the case was on the docket by the D. A.s office this morning. In my opinion not very professional but very inconsiderate!

So thankful I chose Thomas Bailey to represent me. He still is and always was very accessible. He was very aggressive. The results were much better than expected. Thanks Thomas! You're the best!!
