I received a serious speeding ticket while working(delivery) and was told to go here by several people. I will now be telling people to go here myself because i was forced to move out of state and was stressing to no extent over getting this taken care of but J. Kaye Irwin managed to have my charge reduced to a 0 point charge and a small fine + court fees. I am so very thankful for the entire office and all of their hard work and would recommend going through them for any traffic cases and honestly anything at all.

You want good lawyers this is the place to go . Straight up and honest , nice people .

I had just left their office half an hour ago to solve an issue I have accidentally caused. I pleaded guilty and paid the traffic ticket online after hiring them. I realized my mistake too late. However, I visited their office today and they quickly found a solution in no time. They helped me understand many things with clarity and assurance. I definitely recommend them.

They lure you in with a lie and charge about 3-5 times the initial quote.

Was a very frustrating experience. There is absolutely no communication. I had to call to find out what was going on with my case multiple times. Never was I seen as a priority. They simply did not do their job and it was a waste of money. They told me that I would have no points on my license for a ticket (after my court appearance) and then come to find out I did have points. I didn't even find out until my insurance was affected. It was truly horrible. At this point I feel like I would've been better off with choosing a better law firm.

Save your money. Find a different lawyer that cares about you and the case and will fight for you. So upset with this law firm! Don’t really take the cases seriously. Won’t stand up for you and fight. I literally done everything myself and had to take it to them for them to take credit for it. They aren’t worried about you and your case all they are worried about is the money. They say they will work with you on payments but they don’t. Don’t learn the hard way.

Friendly atmosphere and good law office

Rita and her team are amazing and went above and beyond to help my daughter. Rita is not about money but about Justice and what she believes in. She will work day and night including weekends to fight for your rights. The ENTIRE team is amazing and so helpful. Rita has a little firecracker in her and all though she can be a sweet southern woman, do not underestimate and push her. She is the best!
