Although our particular situation does not fall under Mr. Ransin's area of practice, he took the time to speak with my husband & I. He helped us to understand our circumstances from a legal point of view so that we could make an educated decision. He was very personable, straight-forward, and concise is his take on our issues. I'll start this review with the first time I called Ransin. It was a Sunday and I had planned to leave a message so that I would hopefully be one of the first calls the next day. Little did I know, David answered my call. He asked questions, listened to what I had to say, didn't interrupt, and scheduled me for a consult in the office. David, CJ and Serena were in the consultation. Right from the start, I could tell these were more than just attorneys. These are people who genuinely care about other people, and see them as more than clients, and are passionate about what they do. At our second meeting, my husband and 2 kids age 2 years and the other 3 months, were there with me and David, CJ and Serena were not phased at all. They were so kind and patient with us. I could go on and on here because my experience was so phenomenal, but I know no one wants to read that much. Let me sum this up and say that these people went above and beyond with my case. This wasn't a huge case, and they still treated it with as much importance as any other. I was always able to get a hold of them anytime I needed, they stayed in contact throughout. They never made any decisions with out first consulting me. I would recommend Ransin to anyone and everyone. They do amazing work, and they are genuinely wonderful people. I called Mr. Ransin about some injuries received while I was in jail. He immediately told me that was not the kind of case he works on. I wish he was, he was very helpful in what he did tell me. Mr Ransin said he did not know of any colleagues in that field. He did however tell me the right thing I should google and where to look for them. I never got the feeling like I was bothering him at all even on a Saturday afternoon. I hope that I never need his service but if I am ever in that type of situation I would call him first. Mr Ransin was very professional and extremely courteous. Thank you Mr. Ransin, I truly appreciate you pointing me in the right direction

After getting hit from behind while on my bike, I contacted David's office. An initial meeting went well, with my learning what to expect and what services they offered. They guided me on what I needed to provide them with. Their expertise in negotiations with the insurance companies was evident and productive in my behalf. I was not in a big hurry to settle my case, so I allowed them to proceed at a pace that was in both our best interests.
I met with David and Jessica, (para-legal) several times and posed questions and received understandable, answers.
The office staff was always helpful and efficient in any questions I had or for meetings.
At the conclusion of my case, I received a file with all the documents and correspondence associated with my case.
I have, and will continue, to recommend David Ransin's law office to anyone in need of an attorney, in connection with an injury case.

I am giving a 4 star rating only because Mr. Ransin did not take my case due to it's complicated nature. However, I walked away from my consultation with much needed information on how to proceed. I feel that Mr. Ransin did a large amount of research before telling me that he was not the correct attorney for my case. He gave me a good idea of the hurdle that my case is facing, but also why he feels my case has potential merit to help change the law for future cases. Mr. Ransin spoke with me directly on several occasions during the free consultation process, emailed me information I would need to proceed with my case and spoke of the many different ways that he looked at my case to see if there was any possibility that he could proceed. He stated that he even consulted with other attorneys to ensure that he was correct in his view of my case. I feel that he kept me very informed during the consultation process and provided very clear concerns and reasons for not being the attorney to take my case. Even though I was not able to work with him, I feel that he will put the time and effort into his other cases to bring about the best possible outcomes.

As a past client of Mr. Ransin I would highly recommend his firm to my own family, friends, or strangers for that matter. The staff was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Mr. Ransin won my case when there were numerous obstacles to over come. He worked very hard to prove my case. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received the settlement I deserved .

Often times it seems Personal Injury Attorneys get a bad image because of all the advertisements, however I can honestly say that David was able to rescue myself and family in one of the hardest times in my life. He treated our family like his own, and took the time to help me understand what was going on in our case at every step.
