to those 2 lawyers who gave 5 star reviews...get real. we all know you probably got a bonuses for writing them they are false and ridiculous. if you really want to help give me my money back for your fees and pay my irs taxes which are resulting in the excess income from the portion of the debt not paid!!!!

One star is too much for this company. They do not have any plans to help anyone. Any time you call, they will give you a lie to get you off the phone.

This company is a disgrace and complete rip off. After 16 months of paying them a large sum of money every month, all I have received are law suits and levies on my bank account. Have no idea where all of my money went. I have since severed all ties with this so called law firm and have made all settlements on my own. DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT become a victim of their deceitful tactics. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. You are kept on hold for 15 to 20 minutes or more and then connected to some flunkie who has no clue and just apologizes for your misfortune. Their litigation team is another joke.....totally inept. STAY AWAY!!!!

This company pays themselves before your creditors!!! I gave them 7,000.00 in over a year and NOT ONE creditor got paid. They then told me they didn't start paying the creditors until AFTER they were paid which would take 20 months! TWO YEARS they wanted me to wait until they started taking care of my debt!!! I wish I did my research before trusting these thiefs!! They are scam artists. I'm now being sued by American express and they did nothing to help with my court case. Even though I've paid enough of their Fees for them to represent me. Class Action law suit will be coming their way!! Total rip-off. I paid over 700$ a month for them to handle my accounts. Started getting sued by companies they were supposed to be dealing with.Had to hire a real lawyer and file chapter 7 .It did no worse than the damage they already caused. I also noticed that all the positive reviews here are from their own people. Strongly advise people to work with a lawyer you can see in person

really ZERO STARS!!!!!! I would give negative if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are impossible to get in touch with when you need them. Their answer is always "you will hear from us in 7-10 business days" or you will hear from us in 24hours ( which does not happen) HUGE RIP OFF!!!!! I was signed up with the through Financial Solutions ANOTHER RIP off!!!!

This program has turned out to be a bait and switch as I interpreted how I have been treated by this company. They collect fees in excess of $5000 to pay themselves up front, so after a year in the program I have not enough money in the account each month to settle accounts. Instead they call and tell me I need additional funds for each creditor that is suing me in court, 1 year later. They were well aware in the beginning of my financial situation explaining I can't add additional funds each month for each creditor. I'm paying $726 already. Just for a single creditor they want over $200 each month, I ask to speak to a lawyer but customer service who calls says I can't speak to a lawyer, so where is my representation if they won't answer my questions to make a decision? They let 2 accounts go to court and file judgements so now I have 2 judgement, now they will garnish and lein my wages and property through the court forcing me to file bankruptcy. They have not looked out for my interests, instead collecting all there fees up front. It was explained I would be represented in court but no luck, they just said to plaintiff he can't add additional funds so a judgement was filed on 2 occasions already. There are many more creditors that will file suite in court.
I called to cancel and demanded my money refunded from the law firm. Waiting to here back. They are typical lawyers whom explain this one way and deceive through a contract to a layman like myself. Misrepresented their law firm as far as I'm concerned. My lawyer is now Involve and is happy to sue them for all they are worth. See you in court anchor. DO NOT GIVE ANCHOR A PENNY. THIEVES. Achor law firm called me back today from a New York phone number, stated they are willing to refund $2000 of the $6700 they collected for themselves before attempting to pay additional creditors. I had about $1000 left in my account with anchor as a built up savings. So they are calling me stating that they are willing to refund $4,150 combined, after I argued for an extra thousand, not the whole amount. Regardless they dropped the ball and won't refund the whole amount. Strange? I think they just admitted their guilt. I will talk to my lawyer before I sign any papers...

Complete scam!! I was making my payments for 8 months until they asked me for an additional $400 a month. I then decided to opt out of the progeam because NO ONE could explain where my money was going. I paid them a total of $6200 and only $1000 was paid to credits cards. Now no one wants to refund me and I have been calling for 1.5 months to be told I will get a call. Still no call and looks like I will be getting a lawyer to handle this.

I started with this program in 11/1/2017 and from that date thru 2/28/ 18 I sent in my payment totalling over $2200.00 and during this time it was hard to reach anyone and the only thing they did was to send.a letter to the creditors or which none of the creditors seem to have received. So I decided to close this account with them and went with another company. Today out of 2,200.00 I received a refund check in the amount. of $203.25. I could have sent that to the creditors if I had known their monthly fees were so high. RUN FROM THIS Company Fast and In A HURRY. I was told that I could withdraw at anytime but not at this price.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have another attorney read the fine print of your contract before you sign/agree. That was my major mistake, that and not checking reviews or the BBB first. I would have seen that Anchor had 15 one star reviews and a C rating at BBB due to customer complaints. The only 5 stars come from two attorneys who work either with or for them. I did understand that there would be fees involved and a monthly admin fee. What I didn't take the time to look at was that it was going to cost me $7000 in fees (I stopped the program at $3500) before there would be enough in my account to start paying more than one creditor. My credit score has dropped 200 points, I am paying some of them myself. Getting in touch with them is a nightmare, long waits for customer service,, once they sent me an email with someone else's name on it. They apparently have way more business than they can handle effectively. A hold recording states they have helped 60,000 people to better financial position, yet not one of them took they time to give them any kind of a rating.

WORST COMPANY EVER! Read the reviews! They are all true and my experience was the same. People should be ashamed to work there. I am looking into how to recover the over $6,000 in fees the took for me in less then 2 yesterday and not 1 settlement was done. And my debt was very mininimal. They take advantage of people trying to so the right thing.

I had Several accounts that needed attention. All ended up in a lawsuit because they didn’t have enough people to pay attention to my cases. To date they’ve resolve too and I have resolved independently the rest. Have to wonder why I got them involved to begin with? I don’t get timely updates and or responses to my phone calls. Take this advise from an actual customer of this company, stay away from them. I have wasted 2 years of my life and over $13K with them. I have a garnishment on my paycheck and I'm about to go bankrupt. Customer service goes around in circles, their lawyers hide from you, you only pay their legal fees yet legally speaking they don't do anything for you. If you need help paying credit card companies, you only have two routes, negotiate directly with them or file for bankruptcy. Don't waste your money with companies like this one.

I paid over $1000 each month for 3 yrs & they paid only 1 bill. This company is such a rip off. The scam is real!! They lack total communication with the customer. They convince you with a guarantee that all your bills will be paid off quickly. So much for their BS. When I opt out I only received a few dollars back. So where did the money go. I guess they were paid well. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Worst Ever!!

I have paid them about $6000 and I have $2000 in “my holding account”. Cancelling this services today 3 days before my court summons with Discover bank. This “company” may actually be run off shore, or maybe by the Mafia It seems pretty crazy how unregulated these firms are. What they are doing appears to be completely legal, albeit grossly unethical and downright immoral. Please help yourself and deal directly with creditors. Or hire a lawyer who has a name is registered by a State BARR.
