Filed bankruptcy last year and I was very nervous going into it. Mariann Morgan and Melissa Wiatrik were great. Everytime I called the secretary would transfer me to who I needed to talk to and prompt emails back! I cant thank them enough for everything!

The receptionist is extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. If you want legal help, I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you want someone to be completely rude to you and then slam the phone down in the middle of you talking then this is definitely your place!!

Friendly and discreet

Very difficult to get a hold of we filed with them about 10 months ago 5 months ago I lost my job we let them know. We haven't been given any options of what we can do to save our house or anything else. We tried an email and called a few times. I'm now getting calls from creditors saying our bankruptcy has been discharged. How does this happen with no communication from our lawyers or the trustee? Hoping to hear back from someone who can explain this and our options.

Mr. Checkett has never met Mr. Quigg personally. Mr. Quigg was related to a law suit in which Mr. Checkett won at trial. It is unfortunate that Mr. Quigg took this loss so personally.
