We T-boned a person that pulled directly out in front of us without warning and I knew that due to the damage of the car and our personal injuries we'd need representation. I was in a car accident back in September. I had insurance and the man that hit me from behind did as well, so that was a good start. Well, I tried to handle it all myself, but never getting hurt in a car accident that involved another motorist, I had no idea what I was doing. So because of that, it was going no where. It took months before I even got someone on the phone from the at fault insurance agency, and even then they made me out to be the bad guy with attitude and disrespect.
