I had an appointment scheduled with Mike Armstrong at 9:00am. I even called to confirm my appointment. However, when I showed up to my appointment I was told it was 10:00am. I came back at 10:00am and waited about 20 minutes. One of the ladies apologized for the wait. I asked her about how long it'd be, because I was missing work for this appointment, and I may have to re-schedule. She stated that it shouldn't be too much longer, but that we would go ahead and give him couple of more minutes. If he wasn't ready for me that we could go ahead and re-sdchedule. I was applauded. I wasn't coming back a third time. It was obvious that they didn't care about my case. After a couple of minutes passed she stated she had openings on Wednesday. I told her I would give her a call. Overall I was really disappointed with their professionalism.
