I consulted with this attorney when I had problems with my mom's estate. The trustee doesn't have any experience with probate or administration, so things got messy pretty soon into it. Mr. Rube told me what my rights were and said the case was worth going to court about. I am now in a position to petition the court to remove trustee. Thanks for the advice.
