Does not defend you. CPS appointed Lawyer. She is not aggressive or assertive when she needs to be. Acts more like a public defender who should of retired years ago.

She is a awful lawyer who works with CP's. She is a yes ma'am lawyer , she lies, she works with CP's and hands them over our children. It is a legalized way in america to steal and sale our babys. Patty is the only CP's layqer for all of Monterey county. That's way too many cases for a old lady 80+ ?who can't remember your name. How is she gonna deffend you? She can't and that brakes her constitutional rights
