In my opinion Ms. Garibay is a shame to family law, she took away my son from me! as she was representing my case, she totally destroyed my case. Till today I am requesting visitation and custody in court and I am not successful yet, this happened because Ms. Garibay went to court and did not presented the facts, which I have provided to Ms. Garibay.
I have provided all the paper and facts to Ms. Garibay so many days early prior to court date September 17 2015, but Ms. Garibay did not file my paper to court for the court date September 17 2015. She just attends the court on September 17 2015 and said in front of the judge " I do have a filing ----- I am sorry. I have had some family issues going this week I would like the opposing counsel and the officer liaison officer to see" But she never filed my papers. The court set another date of NOV 19, 2015. On Nov19 morning around 8:45 A.M Ms. Garibay mentioned she is not going to file any paper's to court. She went to court on Nov 19, 2015 and she presented all false information in front of the judge and gave 100% (legal and physical) custody to opposite party and gave me 0 % (physical and legal custody)

Terry is amazing. She successfully defended me against my ex wife in court successfully got all the charges dropped and was able to get the judge to give me visitation and custody to see my child. I recommend her to anyone in the area for family law or anything else she offers, I would not go with anyone else for defense or litigation. Mrs. Garibay Terry was my attorney for child custody, before she was my attorney I had 50% legal custody. Mrs. Garibay did not do anything, she went to court twice, both the time she did not file my response to the court and let the other parent move to Ohio and she got me 0% custody, Mrs. Garibay took everything from me. Today after many years still I am in court at Ohio and seeking visitation and custody and no luck. Damages what Mrs. Garibay has done to my case was very bad, taking a child away from the father is not ethical. In my opinion she is a shame to family law.
