If this guy is still practicing, stay away!!! He gladly took all of my savings then did nothing but ruin my divorce. We went to court only one time (I had to call him that morning to find out what time to meet him at the court house) and he forgot to bring some documents that would have been pertinent in my favor. As we left, a furious client of his starting screaming at him for similar circumstances. He refused to refund my retainer when he was at fault. He didn’t prepare me for the mediator as well. This happened in 2009. This is why lawyers have a terrible reputation.
