What an ethical, helpful, sweet, informative attorney and family law mediator. Helped me a great deal.

I would put NO stars, but she was nice, and very understanding... at first. Then the trouble. Her " courier" went to the wrong home 2 or 3 different times, to serve my ex husband!! I was charged for several 3 way phone calls with him and Amy, to discuss my husbands physical descriptions, answering ludicrous questions regarding an Asian man in our home(?), and was he Asian. And also charged for the the most inane short notes,or a quick message, and charged money for the " working errors" of the courier and the lawyer time for talking to him...about him not finding the correct home more than once( its not hard to find at all.) I dropped her before a month was up.... after almost $5000. Of nothingness. P.S. HOWever On a positive note: I must say --- I think she could have got me a much more fair deal on our property division, and alimony,as Nothing turned out fair at all , because the atty I hired afterwards was horrible. Thing was, I think with Amy there was a type of conflict of interest,as Amy 's father was a political figure in Santa Clara, my ex husband was a city employee there, and a good supporter of his... ( I found out after the fact)

Excellent law firm. Great practice. Highly recommend.
Even though divorce sucks Amy made this whole experience emotionally and monetarily manageable. She worked closely with me throughout the whole time. She was very reasonably priced given all the work she had to put in. Not only did she always take my call day or night she sat with me for countless hours while we worked out a settlement were both parties were happy. Not only did she help me but she also counseled my mom over the phone free of charge. I highly recommend her and her staff if you are seeking legal counsel.
