After being discharged from the military unexpectedly, all the bills and loans started to pile up, the Weik law office definitely helped me out, they really work with you, help out, and the process was really easy. Mr. Rick sent me reminder emails and it was very helpful. Mrs. Terri takes her time, and at the 341 meeting she makes you feel confident and asks if you have any other questions and to contact the office after If I had any questions after the meeting. I just felt very pleased with everyone there! RECOMMENDED!!!

Working with the Weik Law Office was truly a wonderful experience. After having a very bad experience with another local Bankruptcy firm in Raleigh, NC it was like a breath of fresh air walking in to the Weik Law Office.

My filing for bankruptcy was a difficult decision but the right choice for me. From the beginning even before becoming a Client I was treated with respect and professionalism by Alexis, Terri and Rick. Once I signed the paperwork and paid the very adorable fee I was presented with an organized list (homework) for me to do. This included tax information, credit card bills. etc... the stuff I already had on hand so it was easy. I collected the paperwork requested and dropped it off with Alexis within a few days.

Over the next month as preparation for my case filing continued I had a few addition Items to add to my case. All I had to do was email the additional paperwork and they took care of the rest for me. After a few months we finally got a court date and there was Terri meeting me down at court to answer any last minute questions I may have had and putting my mind at ease. I was the very last Person to be called after sitting in court for around four hours but I knew this ahead of time so no problem.
It too me almost 60 days from my court date to get my discharge but I can tell you getting the discharge is the best feeling and like huge weight being lifted from my shoulders!

As I said my case was rather simple but I will tell you that if you are thinking about filing for Bankruptcy I would strongly suggest you bypass all those companies you see on TV and star with the Weik Law Office in Raleigh, NC. Trust you will be glad you did and will feel so much better as I do and can begin a new life debt free!

It has been 4 yrs since Weik Law office help me to file BK. Even they weren't my first choice, they were the ones that gave me the best service. Even 4 yrs later they still answering questions for me. The other office I went first told me " Let's put Family first" we will help you. Well, they did not. They sent me with a paralegal. I was frustrated. Then I heard on the radio about Weik Law Office. I sat the appointment, talked to a REAL Lawyer and the rest is history. Now after 4 yrs, my situation is fixed, my credit has been repair and I'm happy as I can be, thanks to Weik Law Office. (Pd: My Credit was good again after 2 yrs)
