I had a consultation meeting with Mr.Glass during which he mentioned that he would check something to confirm his view on the matter. After the meeting, there was no response or follow up for a month. When I contacted the office regarding the information I was waiting, he replied with something that was irrelevant to what I was asking for -he clearly forgot about the issue. When I reminded him what I was waiting for him to address, it suddenly turned into something he needed to "investigate" and can not promise a date by which he could answer -although he originally said he would need to look at one source and could get that information easily-. As you might have guessed, I have not heard from the office since.
Neither forgetting to follow up, nor dismissing your client's requests should be an option in this type of service. It is very disappointing that I had to chase the office down all this time, and have gotten no response.
I hope I dont need a lawyer, but I do, Mr.Glass will not be who I will retain.

We engaged Mr. Glass and his firm to create a new trust for our 84 year old mother. Our mother was a friend of Mr. Glass' wife and a member of his church. It took basically 16-months to get this done; way longer than normal according to other attorneys and even Mr. Glass himself admitted. Multiple paralegals were assigned to work on the trust, none of them returning calls or emails. Communication and follow through was HORRIBLE. Towards the end my Sister did more work than Glass Law firm did to get assets moved to the Irrevocable than the firm did - yet the firm still wanted to charge us. Our mother is handicapped and limited to a wheel chair. For one instance we got mother into a car, went to the law firm to have her sign documents, documents that were brought to the car by Mr. Glass only to have them charge her almost $400 - JUST TO SIGN DOCUMENTS FROM THE CAR WHICH MR. GLASS OFFERED. Who in their right mind charges a friend and handicapped person to sign documents. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
