Represented my son during a very contentious case for custody of his children. Suzanne was always compassionate and understood the difficult of his situation and the concern he had for the welfare of his children. She was always there when needed and responsive to calls and emails. She represented her self with honesty and respect in the court and the judge really appreciated how our case was presented by her with a positive outcome.

I have the pleasure of seeing Ms. Nelson on a regular basis, as she uses her hard and soft skills to argue passionately yet respectfully for her clients. I don’t know where to start!!! As a father every dream is to raise his son and make them a better man than the father is. Unfortunately that dream was dimmed before the birth of my son. Within the first month of my sons life I had to look into obtaining an attorney. After consulting with two other law firms McIlveen was they ONLY firm that gave assurance that they would go full throttle in my defense. In 5 month my appointed paralegal and attorney left the firm and that was an atestment to quality of work that McIlveen represents. Unfortunately my appointed attorney left 4 days before my hearing. Chelsea and Sean did not hesitate to step in and they did not miss a beat in my case. I could have not been more pleased with their work ethic and determination to fight in my defense. The demeanor that I wanted to displayed in this case was second nature to them and they put on a world renown performance in the court room. They had an determination to prove that mothers are not the law and that fathers do deserve to be fathers. If I could demand an encore I would. Not only did they get the results I desired but the entire firm from attorneys, paralegals, secretaries all reached out within 30mins to an hour of the decision by the judge. That craziest part is we are not done. I can not thank nor praise the McIlveen Law Firm for boulder they lifted off my shoulders in the case for my 5 month old son. If you are in need of the proper respresention for custody, child support, or anything involving family law DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE MCILVEEN FAMILY LAW FIRM. Other family law firm will not be bulldogs on the courtroom.

Allie was a Godsend and really helped me with my child custody case. Without her I may not have my kids with me today. Her and the firm were very diligent and helped speed the early stages of the process along due to the rocky situation. Throughout my experience working with Allie she was always responsive and available any time I had a question or wanted to check on the state of affairs. On several occassions she would call me and go over every detail of the situation aswell as offer recommendations and advice on moving forward. Suzanne & Rebecca Nelson are thieves, they took my 5,500 dollars and when their law office formally Nelson family law closed took my money and made no further attempt to handle my case. I am appalled that anyone would hire them after what they did to me and I sure hope it was just me but I'm sure there are more out there. Suzanne is very attentive and prompt when it comes to collecting and asking for money and had to correspond with them 10 times to just get my daughter's name put correctly on a form in addition to sending me documents Intended for another client. I have filed 2 complaints one for the money they stole and #2 for the fact they abandoned my case and have no heard from them since May of 2018
