Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Upon closing of our property I found a couple mistakes in the contract and over charges for title insurance. We continued with them because no harm was done (at that point) and anyone can make a mistake. Also because that particular property had lot line issues (subdivision was recorded in the 60s) and they assured me that they could resolve the issue, that is why we went with them in the first place. They took their fee and then gave me the run around for MONTHS, not returning my calls, ignoring emails. I made an appointment to go in and the appointment was confirmed by the secetary only to have them call back the next day and cancel the appointment. It was 9 months of frustration and no action, eventually I was able to find an excellent attorney in Raleigh who took care of it and even came out to the house to meet with the other neighbors effected and resolve the issue for all of us. I would NEVER reccomend this law office.
