I have used Zdenek Law Firm for both of my refinances. They do such a good job that I also refer them my customers who refinance with me. I have had nothing but top shelf service from this company. They follow the rule of law to ensure everything is done equitably and properly.

I work with several real estate agents that also use Zdenek law firm, some have used this business for over 12 years and they swear by this company. The owner Jeff Zdenek has always responded quickly whenever I have had a question and in one case he had a check prepared for my customers at the closing when they wired more money than needed.

Jeff and his team also handle "mail away" closings when a buyer or refinance customer cannot be in town to close. There aren't many attorneys that are skilled in handling mail away closings but Zdenek Law firm is. I think my favorite thing about using Zdenek Law firm is their E-closings. Sign a few pages, review the lender package and be done in 15 minutes! No need to sign 100 pages of documents.

I didn't think you could combine the experience of both professionalism and relaxed into a closing. The process couldn't have been smoother. I definitely recommend Jeff Zdenek and his team.

Extremely unprofessional. I contacted this law firm for a refinance on a property. The staff is horrible at returning phone calls and even worse about refunding money that is due to the customer. For two weeks, Deborah Walsh was unavailable or "at lunch." The owning county sent the so called, "Law Firm" a refund in which was mailed out "last week." After calling the county and realizing this firm held a check payable to me for over a month, I finally went in and demanded the check in person. Seems they were hoping I would forget it.

Judging by the (lack of) professionalism and customer service Deborah portrayed, I would assume other customers might have a refund siting on her desk as well.

Avoid this law firm at all costs. I will also be calling USAA and leaving feedback that they deserve.
