Sorry Law Firm. Unorganized and will not stay in contact with you. They were stringing my fiance' along for over 2 months, and then dropped the case. He even had to request his own medical records to give to the firm. If a person has to do the work themselves, why even get a lawyer. A lawyer is suppose to make a bad situation easier, and they were clearly NOT that.

By my experience not client friendly. Mr. R S is not kind or client friendly, or Compassionate, has no Sympathy for client. It's all about him. Tried getting a return phone call, left 3 messages over 3 days for one of there attorneys for a call back to discuss a case, not even the common courtesy to return a phone call.
I can imagine if I gave them my business what kind of service they would have provided , very revealing.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on April 28, 2018 and the at-fault driver was uninsured. I spent a total of 2 weeks out of work in which I began 2 months prior to the accident, to recover. Attorney Britainy Ambrosino and her team handled my case with great professionalism, patience and diligence. They made me feel comfortable since I initiated the process back in May 2018. Anytime I had a question, they did not hesitate to respond and explain any challenges with ease. One of the many challenges I faced was when I learned that one of the hospitals I was seen for service placed approximately a $6,000 lien against my settlement. The hospital failed to file any claims to my insurance in a timely matter. Attorney Ambrosino was able to have the hospital lien waived. I truly appreciate her diligence in handling that situation because I was already dealing with enough financial stress from the accident.

I give Bradley Law Group 5 stars for Jon Bunker. He made the whole process of getting a settlement following a car accident as painless as possible. He walked us through each part of the process and I was always sure that he was making our needs and concerns a priority. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat!

If I could give a -5 star rating I would. My experience with this Law Office was horrible. They NEVER kept in contact with me about anything pertaining to my case. I always had to call them first and got the run around regularly. They had me see doctors for months and then dropped my case. I am now left thousands of dollars in debt and they did absolutely nothing. After they dropped my case I tried to get in touch with the Attorney on the case for clarification on some things so I could handle my case myself and was completely ignored. Had I known better I would have gotten another attorney from the beginning. I failed to do my research so I say to anyone reading this please be diligent in your research about this Law Office. It may save you time, pain, energy and debt.

If you want to spend more than a year on a case, if you want to be ignored for months, and your case swept under the rug, if you want to deal with rude receptionists, and lying lawyers then you've gone to the right place. I got into an accident last year and I have still yet to have a decent conversation w my lawyer. If I could give 0 stars I would.

*Update* My attorney literally called and CHECKED ME about my review saying that I was basically lying about this. I am NOT. These people are unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. I was supposed to have something mailed to me from them but instead of putting my house number they just put my street name AFTER they called to CONFIRM MY ADDRESS. I am extremely over this firm, they will NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. !

Bradley Law Gruop has been so helpful and nice to me and my daughter, we contcted them out of state and they always answer the phone or replied to emails in a timley manner! I had nothing but nice experiences with ever person I came in contact with via phone and email. Absolutely no communication at all with clients , I had to call every time to figure out what was going on with my case . A simple case went from October until March to get back almost nothing ! I wouldn't recommend them to a enemy !

Overall I was pleased with the total handling of my case, especially since I was an out of state client. My attorney was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained the total process in detail. Also, was willing to repeat and clarify any questions are concerns that I had. I would highly recommend the Bradley Law Group to anyone in need of legal assistance.

They were slow and never communicated anything with me. I was passed around between three people, they got the charges for my bills wrong which I caught myself. In addition the only reason contact was reached was because I had to call them every day despite leaving voicemails. I would never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

I personally did not have a great experience with the Bradley Law Group. My son was involved in a simple fender bender accident. I chose a law group from a mailbox ad, they recommended Bradley, It took them weeks to return calls, once I did get feedback it was not consistent with the associates in the office, and the settlement time was too lengthy for such a simple case. As a client, I was not satisfied, because I was not treated like a client.

They Worked Slow ..terminated my case with out my knowledge. They Never Contacted me or Let me know Nothing. THEY WHERE VERY RUDE!!I do Not Recommend Any One Let them Represent There Case ..And They Lied Over And Over!!

I had a case with these people and let me tell you that they have absolutely NO communication. My case has lagged since the end of December. I had an accident where someone turned in front of me onto the highway when I had the right of way. I believe that my case had dragged on due to the fact that the other people are from out of state. The cop himself stated at the scene., "Make sure you follow up because when you are in an accident with out-of-towners you will be the one getting duped." That is exactly what has happened. These people claimed that we would go to court if needed and instead of doing that, they gave up on my case. How did I find out? I had to call, no letter, voicemail, nil from this company. When I first called the Attorney Ambrocini or whatever was on maternity leave. Then I call back and she states that there is nothing that she could do to my case. I guess she is tired from staying up all night with an infant. Even my boyfriend's case manager states that it seems like it is the other woman's fault. I will never, ever, every, call or recommend this company to anyone. No wonder I have never seen a commercial from them. Cheap and probably do not know what they are doing in the first place. Til' this day I still haven't gotten a letter or anything stating if the case is closed or if they are still trying. Which I seriously doubt seeing as how I am the one that is keeping in contact. So unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!
