Overall, I was very impressed with this law firm. Initially, I found out about this firm through the NC Bar referral. I had the expectation that I would have to pay $50.00 for a consultation. However, I was pleasantly surprised that my initial consultation was free. I spoke with Mr.Pierce, who I assume was the owner. I had an instant impression that he had a deep passion for the law, and he gave me practical advice. He was very thorough in guiding me through the process. I left with a strong and positive impression of him. Furthermore, they followed up with me and offered me further guidance. In all, they went above and beyond for me, and I would definitely utilize their services again, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I want to share a few comments about our experience with Wallace Pierce Law. My mom was the one in the car accident but as her daughter, I took the responsibility to help her with searching for an attorney. I am very thankful for the job that this Law Firm has done in taking care of my moms case and going not just the extra mile but the many extra miles to make sure that the insurance companies stepped up and did the right thing. It would have been easy for anyone to have accepted the first offer and then be done with her so they could move on to another case but not this Law Firm. I was hit by a car while biking to work and contacted Wallace Pierce for representation. They agreed to represent me and I signed a retainer agreement. I gave them all the facts of the case up front- including that the cops had given me a "driver exchange form" but never a formal accident report. They called me multiple times to follow up on the case, get more of my medical information, ect, and assured me everything was going fine. I was incredibly relieved when they took my case and reassured they would handle everything. I had been in pain for weeks, going through rehabilitation, and was glad that the legal parts of the situation could be taken care of. A month later they called back and said the fact that the cops never filed an accident report was a problem, and they weren't willing to represent me. I found the fact that they backed out on this case very irresponsible and disrespectful. There is no way I don't have a case- they have even admitted this- I got hit by a car while biking in the bike lane. If you're looking for a lawyer, find one who wont lead you on for a month and back out when the case gets even a little bit complicated. DONT go with Wallace Pierce.
