I was involved in my first car accident and needed guidance along with support. I chose this firm based on the reviews and thought I was in good hands. Boy was I wrong. During my time of need I felt lost and unclear of what to do, even with having Kreger law firm representing me. At one point, I had decided to leave but was convinced to stay by alternating to another attorney within the firm. All in all, there was lack of communication, carelessness, and apathy. I had the worst experience with this firm. Unprofessional, unorganized and not dedicated to my case at all! Please be careful before you choose this firm!

I had a great experience working with Ben Brodish on my diminished value case for my car after an accident (my car was rear-ended). Ben was attentive and very prompt with his responses. We corresponded through emails mostly and he always answered within one business day, if not the day of.
The insurance company (Chubb) was hard to work with; they're slow and dodgy with their responses. I had an appraiser to evaluate my car value after the accident, she determined it to be X dollars, however, Chubb only wanted to pay less than 10% of that as a "courtesy". Moreover, It takes days if not weeks to hear back from them. After multiple failed attempts to communicate, I decided that I need a lawyer to help me with my case. Ben demanded that they provided their own assessment of the my car value, their appraiser more or less came up with the same less than 10% of the value my appraiser had evaluated. When we couldn't agree, we had involve an umpire to help. The umpire determined that my car sustained significant loss and we were able to get more than half of the original amount the x amount. I walked away with 5-6 times more than what Chubb had originally offered. I'm just so happy that my case finally came to an end after a long 8-month "battle".

Overall, I am very satisfied with Ben's service. He went above and beyond to help me out with my case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who unfortunately got into these situations.

He was so knowledgeable and able to find the best outcome to help me resolve a complex issue with a pretty scary traffic citation (20 mph over in a school zone).
