Sorry excuse for a lawyer. Poor communication. I paid this man to represent my dui case and was told that I did not have to appear by him. I ended up with a warrent out for my arrest for a failure to appear because he did not show up. Motion was file, ended up having to go to court the following month. Mr. Kunz tried to have someone else there to represent me who was 2 hours late and never showed. I ended up having to continue my case myself and get new representation. Please save yourself some money and get a REAL LAWYER

Never do business with this guy, he's a shame to the law field, he will lie to you, straight to your face, and later he won't answer any communication you attempted to have with him.

Mr. kunz was supposed to be handling a custody case for me. He filed the paperwork and everything was going great. I recently found out that the other person was never served and the case was closed. Mr. Kunz in the meantime lied and told me we had court dates and kept changing the date saying something had come up. The last time he said we had court I tried contacting him via text, office and email and never heard from him. There was never a court date made according to the courts after I investigated. I am out the money I paid him and am pursuing this now using a new lawyer.

I have been working with Mr. Kunz since March 2018 he filed my divorce April 10th 2018 i was divorced on May 22 2018 he made it easy n fast. I also again used his services for criminal law and got a situation my husband was in taken care of. He also has taken care of several citations for me as well. Also since April we have been working with him on immigration services and we are more than half way to getting our lives fully in order. He has worked hard to get me and my family where we are today. He has been more than our lawyer he has been a friend to us and we truly appreciate everything he has done for us in this last year and a half.

I've used attorney Kunz for a few tickets and its been great. His prices are very reasonable and it's nice not having to call a different lawyer for 2 different counties because he will make the drive. Both tickets had an ideal outcome and my insurance never went up. The ticket from an accident was dropped entirely. He is also helping me with a few family law things. Really saves time! Never try and handle a ticket on your own better to call Attorney Kunz and relax.

Charles did an excellent job on defending my 2 traffic violations I received. He made it very easy and got them both reduced. He kept me very informed through out the process with his great communication skills. I have recommended him to several friends now and will be using him again in any future incidents I have in North Carolina.

Please do not hire this man to represent you. I had a case involving my daughter and a restraining order that ended up getting served on my boyfriend with no evidence what so ever. He did not let us defend ourselves to the judge when it came to disciplining my own child now there's a restraining order against my boyfriend from her, so she cannot even live with me now. she lives with her dad which is a worse situation than where she was before. I have raised her without the help of her father for 9 years since we separated. He took my money!!! I could have done better without him.
