When my husband and I first meet with Mr. Brackett he was friendly and very understanding of what we needed done with our case. Kevin worked with us knowing that we couldn't just pull money out of thin air to retain him my husband suffered from alcohol dependence for many years due to this problem he wasn't able to see his two children now today he no longer is an alcoholic and has changed his life for the better and Kevin could see the positive changes he had made and he fought to help my husband get his visitation with his children that was granted just as Kevin felt it would be on 02/21/2019. Kevin stands up for your rights sometimes even while being the client it may sound like he is coming off rude, however, he isn't he is very assertive as clients we see things different cause we feel that we need every piece of evidence to help you but Kevin sees things another way I highly recommend him he is Very professional he will get you what you and your children deserve, that is equal family time! Even if we didn't get what we asked for I still couldn't complain about him he took our case personal just like I think he would take anyone's case he goes far and beyond and for a reasonable price! I used mr. Brackett on two different occasions. Both a custody matter. While we won both cases. He was not very friendly. He always wanted to do the minimum he could. I was happy with the outcome but i need another lawyer and i am seeking a different one. Mr. Brackett just wasn't the nicest person. He would cut you off when you talk and just very cold acting. Grateful the outcome came out the way it did but i want an attorney that actually acts like they care and are invested in the case.

After talking with Kevin on the phone, he sounded real professional until you start doing the talking. He's real rude, likes to cut people off from what they're saying. Doesn't give you a chance a state your case meaning he doesn't listens. I would not recommend someone who doesn't listen to your problems.

One of the worst attorneys I’ve used. Very short blunt and to the point. At times appearing short tempered. I had him handle a child custody case. He did the paperwork and the custody order. He kept screwing up the terminology and legal language in the custody paperwork. I had to go back to him two times and almost a third time but I decided to just get another attorney. I even had a consultation with another attorney and asked her about Mr. bracket and his personality. She knew this attorney and she said that he is known to not have the friendliest character. I kept going back to have him change errors that he was making in the custody paperwork such as getting the plaintiff and the defendant confused and using them wrong, addresses, names etc... Simple things that a lawyer is supposed to check not the client. I never studied law. When I was giving my ex-wife the custody paperwork to sign she was the one finding the errors in the paperwork and it was very embarrassing. He was the cheapest lawyer that I could find in Greensboro and I got exactly what I paid for a cheap job. Militant, impolite, unprofessional, lazy and I just didn’t have faith in him to get the job done. I got another attorney in the end. However Mr. Brackett was affordable.

My first impression of Mr. Bracket is that he would be more that happy to assist you with his legal services and collect payment for his services. However it is very obvious once your services have been completed - he can't be bothered from that point. For that reason alone I would not recommend his services. And I would like to add that on a professional level - I would also rate a 2 star, he is very short tempered and dis-respectful.
