I have always experienced great, efficient and professional service from Atty Phair in the past with my several traffic tickets. I have never received an insurance point or points on my license because of her excellent practice of law. I have always and will continue to allow Attorney Phair to represent me in any legal matter. She is just like her name says "fair" in her prices as well.

This is an update. Rapunzel is the person that answered all of our questions during the consultation. Once my husband and I returned to retain services from this firm, rapunzel took us into a conference room and refused to answer any of my husbands questions. Stating that she refused to give a second consult before any money was received. after making my husband extremely uncomfortable with her terrible customer service he decided this wasn't the law firm for us. We refuse to give our hard earned money to a law firm so out of touch with the public. It was obvious that this woman could care less about our situation and we just didn't feel like it was in our best interest to use her services.

I went to this law firm with my husband via recommendation from his employer. As one of his employee benefits he receives legal assistance. A third party contacted this firm for a consultation regarding a civil matter and possibly services for a discounted rate. I didn’t feel welcomed when I walked in the door. We arrived about 15 minutes early for the consult and still we were seen about 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment. We were told the meeting would be with attorney Nicolle phair but unfortunately we didn’t even get to meet her. Over all I am happy with the information I received during the consultation and we have decided to retain services from this law firm.

The firm was great. I'm not going to go into too much details of my current situation, it was frustrating enough, but I'm glad it was taken care of. I just didnt like how I was ready going through a tough time and the (I guess new) assistant Sydney made it more frustrating than it already was. But dont judge a company based on one person. Thanks again phair firm , you were more than fair !

Love Ms. Phair she was amazing!!! She’s was truly a blessing in my life. The case was drug out for 7 months and she was very on top of things and attentive. Traveled to me in Cumberland county for trial on many days. She will not take the case unless she knows she can win.
