I will say Christa McGill has more patience than anyone I have ever met. I am not an easy person to deal with but she never she never gave up on me and she never lost her composure even when I was having a manic episode scream and crying for lord knows what reason. And Aimee and Emma (no longer there but still) I would sent multiple emails just to vent and they always responded in a timely manner, and they kept me posted on everything. I don’t have a lot of people in my life to help with any type of support. But I don’t know what I would’ve done if it wasn’t for Christa and her staff!! I will always be forever grateful for all your help! I highly recommend if you’re looking for someone to represent you in your disability case this is the place to go. Even when I went to the Social Security office I’m Durham the man who was doing my paperwork after I was approved said he has only heard good things about this firm. Thank you thank you I can’t say that enough!

My experience working with Ms. McGill was excellent. Both she and her assistant Caitlin are very nice and attentive. They responded promptly to all communications, were clear about instructions and listened well. Ms. McGill handled my case and won it. She is very knowledgeable. I felt at ease, listened to and understood. I am extremely grateful for the work they did on my behalf and for the outcome. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and I would most certainly do business with her again if I had the need.
Ms. McGill took me on as a client when another prominent attorney in the area refused. I would rate her a 10 our of 10 (the highest) and excellent. I highly recommend her, with absolutely no reservations, to anyone. On top of her skill, knowledge, compassion, and willingness to help those in need, she is just genuinely a very nice and good person.
Within 3 days of my initial phone call to her office, which was answered by a very friendly and helpful assistant, I had a meeting with Ms. McGill. Right away, she made me feel not only like a valued client but also like a person she just genuinely cared about. She listened carefully and asked very good questions to find out any information she would need to help me. She also put me at ease so quickly.
Throughout our wait for a court hearing, she kept in touch with me regularly, promptly letting me know what I needed to do next. She, and her staff, helped me fill out forms, answered questions, and kept me apprised of what was happening. Any time I called in with questions, I was given answers right away and never rushed off the phone. I got the distinct impression each time that they really cared about the medical issues I was dealing with and how hard things were for me.
My medical issues do not show up on x rays, scans, tests, or lab work, so I felt it might be very hard to show the judge exactly what I have been/am going through, but Ms. McGill was able to do just that.
My court hearing was last month, and she even drove me to and from it, since I am unable to drive that far. Though I was nervous, she was so calming and encouraging. She had already walked me through what to expect but also was there for me every minute, with encouraging and understanding words, nods, and smiles. She also asked me questions to help the judge understand further how much difficulty I have been having.
Though I have tried here, there are not really words enough to explain how much respect and thanksgiving I have for Ms. Christa McGill and her staff. I would like to say, also, that this is the same review I would have written even had I not been given a favorable decision from the judge.
Even now, Ms. McGill is still helping me with what to do next and with email links for information I need.
