Ms.Teresa and Mr.Fulcher have the absolute best staff and lawyer around. I had zero problems throughout the entire process and it was completely professional, clear, and respectful. They told me everything that I needed to get and helped every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for setting the bar so high on quality lawyer experiences.

Aweful Attorney. He is not a bull dog. Very passive in his efforts. Currie out smarted him at every turn. Don't hire this guy for family law.

I fired him because his assistant gave me a quote over the phone for a certain amount and I paid it in full. Then Fulcher calls me week and half later after my first court date tells me if i want a better deal than i would have to pay $1,500 more. He probably already had a deal worked out but tried to gouge more money out of me. So I fired him and hired a new lawyer and did not have to show up on my 2nd appearence and he got my case dismissed and I still saved money by switching lawyers. Now I know who to see and trust. If you want a excellent attorny, I recommend this law firm Brown, Brown & Brown, PLLC.

It’s taken a lot of thought before writing this but I believe I need to. I hired Stacy around June 2017 for a court ordered custody agreement of shared custody 50/50 is what I wanted. He stated that shouldn’t be any problem at all. Set amount $2500 $3000 paid over the time of the case. I paid in full in two months. So first things first we need to do a mediation meeting with the mediator and take the class. Both done. Never got a word about what to do or say to mediator. In this time it’s been almost a year since I’ve seen my son. I would do anything to see him so I singed an agreement to terms I didn’t like but I just wanted to see my son. I stated to Stacy and the mediator I was only doing this to see my son. I’m going for 50/50. After signing I didn’t hear anything from Stacy for a few months. So I called to ask when we would be on schedule for court. I was told I wasn’t on for court and I signed an agreement so that’s it. First off this isn’t what we agreed to and with a little good attorney advice I wouldn’t of settled for this agreement no matter how much I was hurting. So this leads to my first concern with this attorney. I called him a least once a week telling what was going on and what she was putting me through before and with the agreement we just put in place. I was told for another thousand dollars he would file a motion for contempt for not abiding order that was in place. Again I called numerous times and explained what I was going through. I met with Stacy 3 times on scheduled appointments and spoke with him at court. Basically all the time all the time that was spent on my case in two years were those short and briefs meetings. So court is coming up and I have a mountain of evidence from recordings, texts , videos, pictures and police reports. Stacy says we should drop the case and now focus on custody. Kinda hit me as a shock when he said it because this was 1 of the meetings at the courthouse that I kinda just ran into him. It was in the hall and a lot of people were around he said pretty loudly let’s just focus on getting more time with your son. It was really out of left field if you know what I mean. But I thought he had something and just knew he could win. So I went all in on it. He didn’t charge me extra for this but he dropped my biggest case against her so I felt he was using the money towards the new motion for change in custody agreement due to changes in circumstances. I really didn’t like the defense but again I thought he had something in the bag and I was desperate. So motion filed in October and now we wait. Got a call from true office and we were on for a set date. We all show the mother shows without attorney and Stacy pulls her out and disused what was going on and she came back in. Judge ask if she had attorney and she stated she would hire one. Another court date set. We show up with everything Stacy told me to bring even brought things he said wouldn’t help me I brought them anyway. Mother shows again and doesn’t have attorney. She explained to the judge she would represent herself. So court was under way and Stacy seemed like it was isn’t he bag. I explained all I could about the first order and it was just a way to see my son. Gave him all the prof he needed to grant me my fair time. Them can the mothers cross examination of my testimony. She asked around 30 questions and repeatedly had to be told not to ask questions about anything prior to the order. This was from the judge and not my attorney. So court moves forward and the mother is on the stand. She repeatedly talked about things prior to the order again and when it’s was time to cross examine her testimony Stacy asked 1 questions and one question only while she repeatedly questioned my character as a father on the stand with no evidence whatsoever. Again Stacy said nothing. So I lost the case to the child’s mother who was just fighting to fight really didn’t have anything to lose. Well I had a lot to lose and I lost big time. Huge smack to the face. Take what you want from this review but I was let down big time...

Me and my father hired mr. Fulcher on 2-1-19 with upfront payment of 1,500 for guardianship of my deceased sister children since there father passed on 1-29-19 that’s the first time we met with me Fulcher he filled out the papers to file for court that day he never wanted to meet with again until the day of court which was 2-19-19 paid the remaining 1,300 after the first day in court me and my father knew we had no chance because while I was on the stand my supposed to be lawyer just sat there while there attorney was drilling me we had to come back to court on 2-20-19 and before that me and my father knew we had no chance cause mr Fulcher just wasn’t fighting for us and the amount of money we paid I feel we deserve a partial refund for the services we received that was not by any means 2,800 dollars worth of work so with that being and my father just went ahead and agreed to let my sisters children stay with the fathers mother with a court order visitation with us only getting 1 time a month visitation with exception of more time under the grandmother terms basically so I’m sorry but I would not recommend this firm for family court matters of any sort I feel that we should have gotten a better service than what we did!!!! I’m very unhappy!!
