I would never recommend anyone to this law firm! We went here after being highly recommended to them by the clerk of court to help with my grandmother’s estate. Mother called every week for over 15 months after the final court date and the lawyer was either “in court” or “out of the office” or “in a closing”. She was told several times to come by and was put off again repeatedly. They don't return phone calls when they say they will. Certain lawyers prolong cases so that they can keep the money that is from an estate and then attempt to bill you for more money. It should not take over 15 months to finalize an estate when all the bills and receipts are presented to you and the CLIENTS do the work of finding the receipts and proof of what bank account it came from since the PAs couldn't find over $8000 of what was in front of you! Further, they hired the clerk of court, that was supposed to sign off on the final paperwork for the estate, that recommended we use this law firm! That indicates that someone has some ethical issues. Finally, they gave the files to another person to finish it up and told us it would all be done in about two weeks. However six weeks later we are still waiting and after yet another phone call to request copies of everything again, we are told that it is finalized and to give it another two or so, plus the woman on the phone laughed and was going to hang up the phone while mother was asking her a question. They love to tell you that “it will be done or finished in two weeks” or “ just give them two weeks”, and this last time it was that they would send everything to us in two weeks… well then it still was not ready. It has been another month and WE had to pick the paperwork up!

Truman worked together with us on a snag we had encountered with a joint client. He carefully made sure that we obtained all the documentation needed to meet the goals of his client. I was very impressed at the time and consideration he gave to this on behalf of his client.

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Ms. Kennedy and other staff member kept me in formed and up today through the whole process.

Handled our first home sale, would used them again.

This place is horrible. We went to Cecile and cecil to help us close on our home and the specific lawyer who was handling our case seemed to be taking a long time to get us our original deed so we called her and were informed she is "out of the office". Flash forward 7 MONTHS and everytime we call she is still "out of the office" . So my husband went there to speak with someone in charge and when he finally got to speak to someone she was very short with him and informed him that he "didnt need" his original deed. Which we absolutely do!! Then she proceeds to say that she doesnt know when our lawyer will be "back in the office" and that it's taking so long because they have "too much to handle" in the office. If this was true why did they even bother accepting our work request?? Honestly at this point I'm not surprised. What do you except from a firm that has to post a 5 star rating on their OWN REVIEWS!! if you want to get anything done in a acceptable amount of time or with nice people I wouldn't bother coming here. Besides the fact that they obviously have too much to handle on their plates right now as mentioned by their own associate!

The worst experience ever. They owe me money after the closing and wouldn't pay til they received some third party payment. I asked to speak to someone in authority and the guy at the front was rude and told me there was one attorney there, and she was in a meeting. I would not use them ever, nor would I recommend them
