We went in and asked to speak with the person in charge. First time we had been there and definitely the last. We did not know if there was an office manager we needed to speak with or not. We wanted to set an appointment with Mr. Merlin but the lady rudely told us “I am telling you to leave” without even asking why we were there. I told her I really hope she ends up having a better day because she is a very rude woman and we will not be referring any business his way or using his services now. I suggest next time when a potential client walks through the door, she smiles and asks how can she help. Bad business old woman!!
