So very easy to talk to. Prices are reasonable. Happy with result of custody case. Hard to find a lawyer who cares and even returned my frantic call on a weekend. DeCosta has been a blessing.

Do your research because I PAID for a SERVICE I did NOT receive. I requested a refund after what I paid a flat fee for was denied. This lawyer never notified anyone including the court that she was my attorney despite an initial payment of $1100.00. I signed a contract after that electronically and paid an additional $400.00 which left $275 and was notified my request was denied. She had done ABSOLUTELY nothing. Do your research because I have contacted the State Bar Association and my bank to speak with this attorney because my efforts are being ignored. I just wanted my money back.

Tiyesha DeCosta and her firm is beyond awesome. Ms. DeCosta is very personable and cared about my case. Because of Ms. DeCosta I received a very good divorce settlement, other firms told me it would be hard for me to get 50% of all assets. And Ms. DeCosta was one of few firms who worked with me to pay her fee. However, I am most thankful that Ms. DeCosta helped me get custody of my child.

She talks a good game ( and in the end, that's simply all it is,"game!"). This Esq is a character(don't be fooled by her compassion, she's only concerned with making you think she will at least show up to court for you). She's very eloquent with her delivery( that's all it is, " a horse and pony show). I wasn't going to post about my experience with this Esq, however I wouldn't want another consumer to go through what me and my two Disable and Elder Parents went through with her. There were several red flags with her, I gave her the benefit of doubt. With her, she seems professional but her fast talk will show when she never follows through.

Nearly all men can stand adversity but if you want to test a man's character give him power~ Lincoln. (with the power she has as an Attorney I wouldn't Jeopardize anything of value by utilizing her)

Mrs Decosta, is very good at her job, she will do all it takes to get you exactly what you want. My name is to be places on the RIL list I filed a petition very late originally I should've file in 15 days it took over 21 days before I filed. Been a faith I saw Att Dicosta on Google and I just called her immediately. Her voice sounds on the phone like she aggressive. But I appreciated it atlast because it was from my own good: because of the late filed petition. DSS file a petition to dismiss my petition without trial. So we had to go for hearing as to weither to keep my my petition or to go for trial. Just the day of the hearing for the motion of dismissal of petition. Miss Dicosta beat both the hearing of motion of dismissal and the trial. The court drop all charges. And I was victorious without any trial. She make me so happy. And waive also all the balance fees that I owed her. I will recommend her to family and friends. Shes the best

IT DOES MATTER THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT YOU DO BUSINESS WITH! Mrs Decosta is truly an angel! I had a friend that was literally being thrown out of her house with 3 kids within 48 hours. She went to the courthouse with zero representation. Not a good idea no matter how in the right you are. Being that she was not a lawyer the things she had were not what she needed to defend herself. Basically she and the kids were out in 2 days.While she was crying in the hallway, swooped in a God send! Mrs Decosta saw what happened and came right over to help without hesitation nor mention of money she basically said don't worry we got this. Simply another human helping someone in true despair. Awesome! She has since consulted with and come to court with my friend, and guess what my friend is not out on her butt with three kids.
Only a person with a kind heart would do this. we need more people like Mrs Decosta in the world.
