By far “THE WORST” law firm ever! I hate I had to even give them a star. two years to settle a case that was easy, cut and dry, black and white. I was ran off the road on a motorcycle by a foreign driver with 10-15 witnesses. I was not in the wrong why was I the only one who lost here. they did not fight they did not press I lost my motorcycle, my job, my ability to do certain activities, got behind several thousand dollars in bills. after two years and a half of waiting finally they settled the case and I still lost again. 13k in total medical bills and they settled the case for 16k pitiful. They WILL NOT call and communicate anything you have to call them. Then when you do call they transfer you 12 times and no one knows anymore information than the last person. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone even if it were the last law firm standing (which no way possible they could be)

I referred 2 people to this firm and they have had the worst experience. The earlier days of Lanier was a much better experience when located at the old Coca Cola Building on Main Street in Durham. It seems like it was more about quality and providing a good customer experience. Today, it seems like it's more about quantity and how many clients can be obtained. The 2 people that I referred said that they have had to call and check on the status of their case instead of being contacted and updated. When calling, they seem to frequently get the voice mail and callbacks are rare. Changes are made and the client is not updated on the changes until they call inquiring about their case status. Not a good experience & Poor Customer Relations!!

You sent a solicitation letter to my 10 year old. This is such a gross practice on so many levels, not least retraumatizing her about the accident. If you can read addresses, you can read birthdates. Do better.

They were the Attorneys for my son they were OK but when you tried to reach them was always at lunch rarely called you back expected more.I had to end up calling my insurance about a bill they claim they couldn't get anyone to respond back
