Steve Pharr knows construction law inside and out... from a practical base of actual hands-on building and as a past President of the NC Bar he directed a committee of NC Lawyers to draft a construction contract specifically for residential construction that covered all the necessary legal content but was also short, unlike the 10 to 30 page documents that are normally used.
