I do not have experience with you and would never tarnish your business with a one star review. BUT to turn the victim into the villain, is not only wrong but heartbreaking to read; especially to a woman of color. To have authorities called for being black in your neighborhood is horrible in itself, but what would have happened if the 'aggressive' (as you insinuated) lady would have been shot? All because of your client's call. Luckily that did not happen to her. On a positive, you are representing your client well by using the good all strategy of how a lot of non minorities view us, 'angry, violent agressive people'. Hopefully it does not work and people like your client will STOP using their power and privilege to make these outrageous calls.
